Sauna

Cold Pool
Cold-water bathers experience pain relief from musculoskeletal injuries and decreased symptoms of depression, as well as feeling more alert and attentive overall. Research indicates that icy water may have a positive effect on recovery after exercise by reducing inflammation and soreness.
